UNFR-02 is a brominated aromatic flame retardant used in thermoplastic and thermoset resin systems and widely used extensively in the manufacture of flame retardant printed circuit boards found in most electrical appliances.UNFR-02 is also used as an intermediate to make other flame retardants. About Brominated Carbon Oligomers Brominated carbonate oligomers (which use TBBA as a raw material) are used to flame retard thermoplastic resin systems such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and certain grades of polycarbonate (PC).
