Casting type ESP (submersible electric pump) cable protector is a metal protective device manufactured through casting processes such as sand casting, precision casting, etc. It is mainly used for mechanical protection and fixation of submersible electric pump cables in harsh underground environments. Its structure is usually thicker and more suitable for high loads or extreme working conditions.

    Applications

    1. Deep and ultra deep well environments
    Suitable for deep wells with high temperature (>150 ° C) and high pressure (>50MPa), capable of withstanding greater downhole stress.

    The casting process can create more complex geometric shapes (such as reinforcing ribs and streamlined designs), optimize fluid permeability, and reduce eddy currents and erosion. It can integrate guide slots and anti rotation structures to improve the stability of cable installation.
