Incorporated on March 14, 2023, with a registered capital of 20,000,000,000 Kip (two hundred billion Kip), the company is situated in Dongtai Village, Thakhek District, Khammouane Province, Laos. The facility spans a total area of 690 mu (approximately 46 hectares), with Phase I covering 130 mu (8.67 hectares) and a construction area of 32,074 m². Upon completion, the plant will employ 800 staff, including 50 management and technical personnel and 750 production workers.
The facility features newly constructed production workshops, warehouses, power distribution rooms, control rooms, utility plants, and tank farms, equipped with advanced production machinery such as reactors, centrifuges, heat exchangers, and dryers. It will fully integrate Unibrom Group’s industrial chain relocation, establishing a Southeast Asian production base for flame retardants, specialty oilfield chemicals, specialty materials, and intermediates.

With a registered capital of RMB 30 million, the facility is located at No. 89 Yinhai Road, Yinhai Chemical Industrial Park, Tushan Town, Laizhou City, Yantai, Shandong Province, covering 100 mu (6.67 hectares) with a total investment of RMB 200 million.
